Grief is a jarring disruption to our way of being, it ricochets through our personal and professional life stalling our path... This is where my community begin their journey with me; when we don’t want to be seen, when we are struggle to communicate and when we feel foreign to ourselves. The shock and disorientation steals our voice and clouds our view. Frustration mounts as our old life no longer fits or holds who we have become.
We feel overcome with emotion, overwhelmed by our responsibilities and unsure of our next steps. Our grief ushers in a kind of liminal passage that feels very isolating.
These ruptures create a new dilemma that require us to navigate our grief while continuing to serve in our business. So while we are still learning how to recover from our loss while feeling unsure of who we are in our business.
My role is to witness and translate these rebirthing evolutions in a way that allows you to calibrate through the internal shifts that allow your external business to hold and reflect a new resonant power.
The moment we feel genuinely witnessed is the moment we find our feet back on solid ground.

Our grief initiations reduce us to a weaker, more frail version of ourselves where we actually lose the strength to play in pretence… and this offers us a profound new portal into deeper authenticity.
The Feminine Path in Business revolves around our initiatory descents; where those moments of falling down are intended to be followed by your inevitable rise!
My descent involved walking away from the abuse of my biological family and leaving the restrictive religion I had been born into. Suddenly over 800 people were gone from my life, as was the cohesion and structure of the only world I ever knew. It was liberating and devastating; a pivotal marker confirming my purpose in life.
That was when I relied on the wisdom of the I-Ching (AKA The Ancient Book of Changes); specifically the 9 Star Ki System to guide a new path of deeper belonging to myself in business. It’s a profound body of knowledge that is estimated to be over 6,000 years old. It emerged from the same body of knowledge as acupuncture and is used to confirm and clarify our native character traits, innate disposition and career path. After 10 years of study and professional application with thousands of kindred clients I have innovated this knowledge into what I call ‘The Resonant Truth Archetype’ system.

Our initial experience of being different is what irrevocably marks our path, and this all resurfaces in our grief descent. It’s what simultaneously endows us with skills and aptitudes that are very rare (and therefore very precious) while it requires us to internationally design a business that honors and upholds this stand out uniqueness for us to prosper on purpose.
Our careers have thrived to date because we generously shared the medicine life gave us; it’s what we are known for. And yet, our grief requires us to surrender to receiving our medicine for ourselves. This act catalyzes a monumental shift that expands and uplevels our knowing, our life and our business all at the same time.
Becoming embodied in our medicine gives purpose to our past, buoyancy to our present and ceaseless prosperity in our future.

After removing contact from my birth family, and the stifling religion I was raised in - I experienced my first 100K business turn-over year. I was shocked by what was possible when I removed contact from all interference and cruelty.
I depended on the guidance of the I-Ching to honor my nature and create in a way that placed me in the centre and eliminated all efforting. The result was a level of ease, receivership and internal clarity that allowed me to build a life and a business that is a pure expression of my medicine.
Over the last 10 years I have witnessed countless transformations as the rupture of grief led my kindred to me. Break-Ups, deaths and illness catalyzed a deep need that allowed me to appear. I’ve been fortunate to guide these Wise Ones home to their essential nature and reflect their medicine professionally in business in a way that allowed them to embody it for themselves.
I know that grief catalyzes the possibility for a powerful home coming. We require a level of witnessing and sanctuary that allows our inner voice of intuition to become easier to perceive. Our vulnerability requires me to go all in and make the leap to transparency and integrity. When we are frail we are free to act on every intuitive nudge out of sheer necessity and this is when your business will take flight.
I have been guiding my community of Outsiders to emerge as Wise Wayshowers through these rites of passage for 10 years now and it’s a profound joy to introduce you to the possibility of the new voice that we can support to emerge; the voice of conviction.
