I've watched people 'pretend' to be powerful in business my whole career - I'm not here to shame or name names... But we are taught to aspire to 'be like other successful people'!

But the only way to rise (and not fall) is to fully embody our own truth!

Because people need your medicine, from your face through your voice and lived experience!
There is a huge migration happening where professionals from all over the world and abandoning 'polished' and embracing 'imperfect'
Why - because it's replicable! Polished is SO easy to generate now...
But raw, genuine - heart-on-the-sleeve sincerity is rare and therefore precious!
We are now seeking REAL, LIVED experience and RELATABLE!
Trying to be someone powerful is a weak position that CANNOT be sustained!
Surrendering to being who we really are is a powerful position that YOU CAN hold ad infinitum
